Mud Sweat Tears is what happens when people who are passionate about fitness as well as other people come together. Each person on the knowledgable and caring staff make your mission their personal mission. I was so impressed by the staff's commitment to stop at nothing to make sure you hit your goal. I participated in the 6 week challenge and I hit both my goals of 12 lbs lost and 3% body fat lost by week 5. It was the highlight of my day for the last 6 weeks to walk into Mud Sweat and Tears. The owner Frank is one of the most welcoming people I have ever met in my life. I highly recommend this gym to anyone at any stage of their fitness journey.

I dare you to try and find a gym with a group more welcoming. Frank and his team are always smiling and having fun even while going through a hellish workout. They have attracted such a great group of memebers who embody the same thought process and are always happy to help you on a new workout or obstacles. MST is also the only Spartan gym in the area that actively updates obstacles so that you are race day ready!

Best gym I've ever been to! Not only are the trainers amazing at cross fit and ocr training, especially if you're into Spartan racing, but they emphasize the importance of believing in yourself and working hard.
